Life Imitating Art

By chance while I was editing some photos (in photoshop), I stumbled on how to color fill certain areas of an image creating a poster art like effect. The outcome was so cool, I just had to share…

Before

After! Doesn’t the background look more than a painting/drawing than a photo?

Told my husband that I want to create a series of poster size images (of the three of us) like these for our big blank wall. What do you think?!

  5. I like the colours of the first one better too, but I really like how it looks as if the cars are driving out of a painting in the second picture.
