Hello! Hope everyone’s doing well. What are your plans for the weekend? One of my older sisters from Miami is coming into town and she has requested some fancy seafood bites upon her arrival for dinner. Lucky for her, her sister is also a seafood lover and happens to know the best fishmonger in town.
Our special weekend feast will include uni, sashimi, oysters, lobsters, and possibly steamers. In addition, we are thinking of making seared fois gras sandwiches and herb butter escargots. I’m just not sure whether we can fit all of that in one meal! Maybe I’ll split it into two dinners.
This morning, however, was much more low key. Just a cup of cappuccino while taking in our Xmas tree lights for the last time before we take it down.

Hi! I’ve become very good at what I do, simply b/c I really enjoy it! When you love what you do, it doesn’t become a task, it’s more for pleasure. Snapping this pic and adding text to it probably took me 10mins top! (minus distractions from my daughter!). Plus everything kinda comes naturally…the vision, the context, the message… Have a great weekend! Best, Kellie
