Summer Rolls

I’m not quite sure what the difference between Summer Rolls and Spring Rolls are but I think that they are synonymous (at least in the Vietnamese cuisine).

Today, I’m going to call mine Summer rolls because they’re vegetarian and so colorful just like summer!

  3. Yumm! I make rolls like this too. I use cabbage, mint, cilantro, carrots, and rice noodles.I like your combo of ingredients. I will def. try this! What lens did you use with your camera for these shots?
