I’ve always had a thing for thrifted items, particularly furniture pieces. You never know what gems you’ll find. Yes, it takes a little work to turn these loved treasures into something spectacular but it’s well worth the effort.
Seven months ago, we bought a pair of nightstand for $20 (!) a piece. After some sanding and two fresh coats of white paint, they were as good as new!

Love the look of the rugged gold hardware against the white.
Gold monogram mug by Anthropologie.
Have you given old furniture pieces a makeover? If so, please share!
Have a wonderful weekend.
Wow, it looks totally different and great! Also, love the Anthropologie mug, so cute!

One of my favorite thing to do is breathe new life into an old beat up piece of furniture. Your nightstands turned out lovely and classic.

Love it! I think I’d love to do something like this but I just don’t have the room for it right now. In the future though.

I’m always on the look out for good deal/projects. My sons room needs all the furniture re done. Have you tried taking things apart and building something new? That’s what we do when we get sick of things.
