Nightstand Makeover

I’ve always had a thing for thrifted items, particularly furniture pieces. You never know what gems you’ll find. Yes, it takes a little work to turn these loved treasures into something spectacular but it’s well worth the effort.

Seven months ago, we bought a pair of nightstand for $20 (!) a piece. After some sanding and two fresh coats of white paint, they were as good as new!

nightstand2Have you given old furniture pieces a makeover? If so, please share!

Have a wonderful weekend.

  1. Love it! I think I’d love to do something like this but I just don’t have the room for it right now. In the future though.

  2. I’m always on the look out for good deal/projects. My sons room needs all the furniture re done. Have you tried taking things apart and building something new? That’s what we do when we get sick of things.
