Baked Brie With Apricot Jam, Figs, Walnuts

Last week, I made this really quick appetizer- Baked Brie. It was bubbly, gooey, cheesy, sweet, and so freakin’ yummy! It literally took me less than a minute to assemble. The rest was oven work.

Baked BrieHere’s the gist of it- put brie into a baking dish, top with apricot jam, sliced dried figs, and chopped walnuts. Bake for about 10-15mins @ 325 degrees or ’til brie melts. Enjoy with toast.

    Can’t wait to try it with the other additions too……. I have a great weakness for figs 🙂
