Finding the right snacks for Zoey has always been a challenge. She has a serious sweet tooth problem and loves to eat anything chocolate related. I’ve convinced myself that giving her dark chocolate is not so bad (even when she wants it every single day) b/c it’s full of antioxidants. I’m always on the lookout for healthy snacks and recently just discovered Kozy Shack puddings. These puddings are made with the simplest and purest ingredients which means when I serve them to Zoey, I know she’s getting the best that mother nature can offer.
We make eating pudding more fun by getting creative with the toppings. For example, coconut flakes over the chocolate or raisins and pistachios over the tapioca. With kids, it’s all about be silly and colorful!

With rice and tapioca puddings I love to swirl in strawberry or apricot preserve & with chocolate pudding I love it topped with salted caramel pieces or granola! Nommers!
