I get it. Outside, it’s bone-chilling cold so a hot bowl of creamy soup sounds perfect right? Well, that was pretty much all I ate for lunch these past few days- creamy tomato soup. I’m all souped out! My tastebuds are screaming for something refreshing and light. I responded with a dragon fruit salad. Made with just three wholesome healthy ingredients: watercress, dragon fruit, and avocado. I finished off with a toasted sesame seed dressing and it was a perfect match made in food heaven.
Now I’m thinking tomorrow might be a Big Mac kind of day. Variety people. Variety.
Have a great night!
