Rice Pudding With Granola + Strawberries

One of my favorite ‘better-for-you’ snacks is rice pudding. It just satisfies my sweet tooth without an ounce of guilt. To make it even more delish, I’ll add granola and fresh strawberries. I’m a huge fan of the brand Kozy Shack Simply Well Rice Pudding. It’s one of those products that we stock our fridge with on a weekly basis. The hubs eat one of these a day, religiously!

  1. I have never had rice pudding before, so I would probably try it plain. Though, adding some chocolate chips or blueberries would be a great idea.
