There are ice cubes and then there are detox ice cubes. These are not just good for keeping you hydrated and refreshed; they’re smart enough to provide your system with a dose of antioxidants, help clear up your skin, and give you the most energy you’ve ever imagined. Be careful what you wish for.
Ok, so maybe I exaggerated just a little bit? But it’s not far from the truth. You are what you eat right? So if your ice cubes are made of beet juice, blueberries, and mint…aren’t you nourishing your body with all of these fruits, herbs, and vegetables’ nutrients? (Considering you’re an ice cube eater) I’m not crazy. I swear.
It’s like an ice party in your cup. Oh yea, it doesn’t hurt that they look so freakin’ good!
So I made a plethora of detox ice cubes including blueberry, sage, beet, cucumber, mint, pineapple, dill, blackberries, strawberry, kiwi, and basil.
No matter which way you turn your pitcher, your water will look picture perfect!
Do give this one a try…
