Spa Water: Counting Colors

It’s been so hot that I’m secretly wishing Fall was here. However, I need to get my act together and be grateful that I can walk outside with just a light cotton dress and flip-flops combo. This is a big deal for someone who lives in the presence of snow for about half of the year. Let’s relish the warm days, breezy nights, and try to soak up as much sun as possible.

Beating the heat means you just have to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Let’s take drinking water to the next level, shall we? Create your own Spa Water. Use the colors of the rainbow as your inspiration. Take note, the colors are not all just for looks…

Did you know that the health benefits of fruits and vegetables are sometimes generalized by their colors? Depending on what you want to achieve: healthy skin, boost your immune system, or intake a daily dose of powerful antioxidants; Spa Water can help you attain your health goals. Hmmm… sounds more like smart water if you ask me!

  1. I do my own spa water since a couple of months, it really helps me drink a lot and stay hydrated the whole day! I prepare it with lemon and cucumber, but I’d like to try forest fruits as well! 🙂
