Once again, I picked up some Monrovia plants to beautify our space. This time, they are sitting very pretty on my buffet table!
I really wanted to enjoy these plants indoors prior to giving them a life sentence of being outdoors. Our dining room is so bright that I thought it wouldn’t hurt to have them in temporary indoor pots for the first few days.
I can’t help but smile every time I look at our buffet table. Zoey calls me the flower queen! It’s like a little colorful garden happening in our house.
Candlesticks add a whimsical and romantic element. I’m a little obsessed.

I love brass candlesticks as well and pick them up here and there all the time in different sizes. It’s great to see how you use them regardless of the tarnish, which is something I feel I always have to remove. I think they look much better without the shine actually, but I guess that also depends on how one is using them.
Love the fresh look of your decorating style – it’s really pretty with a sophisticated, urban feel.
Happy spring to you!
