I love all the special things that fall has to offer- the snuggles, layers, foliage, pumpkins, lattes and so much more. There’s something different in the air which can be sensed but not actually seen. There’s only one word to describe it- magic.
One of my favorite fall tendencies include sipping lattes. As seen in my previous post here, I share my love affair with froth (and a foolproof method to make them). I’ll add froth to just about any hot drinks. It just elevates it!
Here’s one of my favorite hot drinks to make- Chocolate Pumpkin Spiced Latte (froth included).
I’m not a talented barista by any means so this recipe is just a simple, fast yet delicious one that I created.
Recipe: 1. Stir in two spoonfuls of chocolate syrup to a cup of warm milk (I used soy milk but feel free to substitute with your milk of choice) 2. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice powder into the hot chocolate, mix well (adjust pumpkin spice measurement to your taste) 3. Topped with a generous dose of froth (see froth recipe here) 4. Garnish with chocolate shavings and an Italian wafer cookie
Hope you’ll give this one a try!
In Instagram news- 1. this morning’s work desk situation 2. office outfit deets + a few on the go essentials 3. #homeoffice 4. lazy sunday: cuddling with the kiddos, watching movies, and sipping tea
Sending you happy thoughts and good energy. Have a great week!
