My sister has been staying with me for the last couple of weeks. Because she is so awesome (she took care of Axel for the ENTIRE night), I decided to make her favorite dish- EVER. This dish is not for the fainthearted. Roast Bone Marrow is one of the yummiest, richest, and most decadent dishes you’ll ever have in your whole life. Maybe I’m slightly exaggerating but there’s some truth to it.
The best part is that it takes no time to prepare and your guests will think you are wayyy fancier than you really are.
If you’ve never eaten Roast Bone Marrow and have no clue on how it works, refer to the pictorial below. YES, something this serious needs a pictorial!
And because I’m trying to eat healthier, while she’s enjoying this heavenly piece of goodness, I’m slurping on some kale juice.
KILL. ME. NOW.
Oh, YUMMY !!!!!! =) Used to make this for a simple dinner with friends… so right about the simple presentation, and a few bottles of wine is all you need to keep everyone happy for hours. I am so glad your sister was bale to help with the baby, what a treat for you ! Wishing you all much happiness… =)

It’s one of my favourites too. I get the bones cut lengthwise by my butcher so they’re like little canoes. Tasty, tasty meat flavoured butter canoes!
