Last week, I made this really quick appetizer- Baked Brie. It was bubbly, gooey, cheesy, sweet, and so freakin’ yummy! It literally took me less than a minute to assemble. The rest was oven work.
Here’s the gist of it- put brie into a baking dish, top with apricot jam, sliced dried figs, and chopped walnuts. Bake for about 10-15mins @ 325 degrees or ’til brie melts. Enjoy with toast.

Looks yummy! I love apricot jam on toast alone, so I’m sure it pairs nicely with the tangy-ness of the Brie!
