Another year. Another Mother’s Day! Yesterday, we had a teeny tiny Mother’s Day celebration with my mother-in-law. We took her for soup dumplings, strolled through the Commons and Boston’s Public Garden, and failed at getting dessert at the Omni Park House hotel as they were closed after 2pm! Perhaps, we’ll try again today…

Here’s mommy and Z at the public garden. Absolutely gorgeous as all the Spring blossoms are in bloom. It was just one of the most perfect and fun times spent with the family and the mother-in-law.

Being a mother is truly life’s blessing. I mean, when was the last time you put your hair up and played seesaw?! So many experiences that we wouldn’t have enjoyed at this point in our lives if it weren’t for the kiddos.

Mothers play so many different important roles in everyday life and somehow we always pull through. Aren’t we all just so awesome?!
