I’ve become a popsicle snob, if there is even such a thing. I refuse to buy store popsicles because I can make them myself without compromising the flavor or the health benefits. If you’ve noticed, I’ve written a few popsicle posts now. It’s because I really do enjoy making them! The process is simple and easy. Plus, I can feed my kids these without an ounce of guilt.
Recently, I made juice popsicles out of several types of fruits. Just blend the fresh fruits with a bit of water and a little sugar if the fruit is too tangy. Pour the blended concoction into the popsicle molds, freeze, and voila! Fruit juice popsicles that’ll give you enough energy to last the entire day. The flavors seen here are banana, strawberry, blackberry, and orange.
I’ve been using Prepworks popsicle molds and love them. Here’s your chance to win one. There will be THREE winners. Please see entry details at the end of post.
