This condo absolutely blows my mind. I would never dare do a black wall but somehow it works like magic here. Everything about this space is so beautiful and thoughtfully curated. It has been through several gentle renovations with all original details being preserved and restored as much as possible.

The condo was built in 1899, finished in 1901 and designed by the renowned architect Hans Hedlund, a very prominent Gothenburg architect.
