Happy Monday! Today, I’m sharing an uber vibrant, bubbly, and tasty thirst quencher. Sorry, it’s not an alcoholic drink but I’m sure with some imagination, you can probably turn it into one! Say hello to my Citrus Coconut Soda.
The name says it all. There are only two ingredients: citrus + coconut soda. To make it easy on the eyes (b/c we’re all about looks right?), I’ve added a mix variety of citrus including lemon, lime, oranges, and grapefruits. To make it even more refreshing, you can also add mint leaves.
This would be great to serve at a party!
And…I also have bright, sparkly nails to match. Have a great week!
P.S. I’ve been creating new boards and pinning like a mad woman. Would love to have you follow. Let’s inspire each other! Please click HERE to see my page.
In Instagram news- 1. Saturday morning consists of fresh linens, freshly bathed kids, & lots of bedtime cuddles 2. lovely things to send you off for the weekend 3. breakfast go to- yogurt & toppings.

Thanks for this recipe! And don’t apologize for offering a non-alcoholic beverage! It’s refreshing to find recipes like this, and besides, it wouldn’t be healthy to drink only alcoholic drinks. 🙂 I can’t wait to try it!

There is also a brand le croix that does a really good coconut sparkling water, basically uber coconut without sugar… This would be great for this recipe as well!

I have a favorite alcoholic version of this, exchange soda for prosecco, add pink grapefruit juice to taste. This is a nice daytime version, thanks!

Hi Renee- Sorry to hear! I get coconut soda from the brand Coco Rico. Here’s their site, perhaps you can locate their products from the site: http://www.cocoricoinc.com/who_we_are.php?lang=en
I usually find it in either the drinks or ethnic aisle of the supermarket. It’s pretty easy to find in the States. Good luck! Kellie
