Happy Thursday! Just another easy salad recipe to share as I’m going through a mild salad obsession phase as of late.
This yummy and light salad consists of artisan lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, tangerine, raspberries, and kiwi.
I tossed it with the delish Pear Champagne Vinaigrette from Trader Joe’s. That’s all there is to it!
On a side note, here’s Zoey this morning on our front doorsteps about to head to school. Isn’t she just so adorable?!

I used to grow my own alfalfa plants years ago. I miss it simply because it’s difficult to find them now.
